Career Development Center (CDC) was established by the Punjab Government under the umbrella of Gender Reform Action Plan in Sargodha University in June 2012. Considering the importance of personality, soft and hard skills development among the students, Sargodha University established its multipurpose CDC in 2019, that is the only well-established center in any public sector university of Pakistan. The Center aims to provide opportunities for on-hand personal and professional grooming of students by engaging them in interactive sessions, critical thinking focused workshops and self-help groups. These trainings provide comprehensive assistance in preparing students for the competitive world of work and professional life.

We involve our students in the active process of exploring and developing their balanced personalities and career, which will lead to positive impacts on their immediate community as well as on the global workforce in long-term.

We facilitate our enrolled students to develop their potentials and interests and choose their career paths accordingly by fostering them in an environment of creativity, innovation, critical thinking and decision making.
